This Bolaser machine Multi11 SIL combines 3 systems:  1) SHR (Super Hair Removal), the latest generation of laser hair removal technology; 2) the classic IPL for hair removal and skin Rejuvenation; 3) Nd YAG Laser tattoo removal & Carbon Peeling.

This machine comes with 3 handles - SHR handpiece, IPL handpiece and Nd YAG Laser handpiece.

Technical Principle

1) SHR (Super Hair Removal) is a permanent hair removal method and it is painfree. It consists of using an intense pulsed light beam with a specific wavelength to target the hair melanin (640nm~950nm). This radiation, transformed into heat, is absorbed by the melanin which will be broken without damaging the surrounding tissues. The absorbed heat causes apoptosis of the follicle. Then hair will not grow up again. And you can choose different speed to fire to decide how fast you want to finish a treatment. Depending on the mode chosen (fast, medium, slow). This process is called selective photothermolysis.

2) IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is based on the use of broad-spectrum lights to treat various skin problems. The IPL lights penetrate the skin and target melanin (for hair removal) or blood vessels (for pigment spots and redness), skin rejuvenation, acne. This heat will damage melanin in hair follical and causes targeted cell destruction without damaging the surrounding tissue. 

IPL on this Brolaser machine has six treatment projects, including:

• Acne Therapy

• Wrinkle Removal

Brolaser can delete some treatment projects from above, or add new ones, according to your requirements.

The IPL handpiece is optional in different spot sizes, small ones are suitable for small lareas like the face etc.. while the larger one is better for bigger areas such as the back or legs, as this significantly reduces your working time. Please tell us whether you want the IPL handle with small spot size or large spot size when you order this machine.

It has 4 different filters standardly for different function (but totally 8 filters are available):

• 430nm: Acne Removal;

• 530nm: Skin Rejuvenation, Pigment Removal;

• 590nm: Spider veins / Thread veins Removal

• 640nm: Hair Removal.

Other 4 filters: 480nm/560nm/690nm/750nm are available for your needing.

3) The Q-Switched Nd YAG laser (neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet; Nd:Y3Al5O12)  targets specific pigment in the skin. When it comes to laser tattoo removal, the Q-Switched Nd YAG laser targets ink pigment and breaks it up into very tiny particles through powerful bursts of energy. The most of tiny particles are splashed out of body immediately, while those in deep skin will be then absorbed lymphatic system and eventually expelled from the body.

The Q Switched Nd YAG laser utilizes two energy frequencies; 1064nm, to target deeper skin layers, and 532nm, to address hyperpigmentation and more superficial layers.

The YAG Laser on this Brolaser machine has six separate treatments: Eyebrow, Tattoo , Nevus, Birthmark, Nevus of Ota Removal and Carbon Facial, and each of them have settings memory function.

Some clients used Brolaser's YAG laser to treat feet fungus too and got brilliant results.

Laser Treatment Tips:

① Zoom lens: Adjustable 1064nm 532nm for big area tattoo removal (Need purchase additionally)；

② 1064nm and 532nm tips for normal and small area treatment；

③ 1320nm for carbon peeling treatment.
